Lee came into my rental property after a family had moved out after being in the property for 7 years. Ther have left lots of rubbish and the colours they had used on the walls were bright red, green etc. The kitchen was on old pine colour and very dated. Lee removed all the rubbish and cleaned and decorated every room with a neutral rental friendly colour scheme. She even updated the kitchen by painting the doors and tiles and updating all the handles to give it a fresh modern feel. My tenants moved out end of July 24 and left the house in an awful mess. Lee came in and totally transformed the house so it can be listed as an air BNB.
